Hello Angel. I thank u for the gift (How to Understand Our Human Energy Body) u sent to me. It touched on aspects of my continued awareness. On Shifting stuff I am presently in a house that I have outgrown and I am practicing meditation to clear the negative/ low energies and blockages that are not aligned with my path of light. Yesterday I had a break thru bcos as u said that one needs to surrender to spirit. I did that and with almost immediate effect the alignment with spirit happened in a most significant way for me.
